Me and a few friends took a visit to the new Orlando location for Children of the Nations (COTN) and painted their conference room. It was fun. Here are some pictures.
Julie T. attacks the wall aggressively with a roller. I'm not even sure if she had paint on it just yet!
Christian takes the low ground while I head up.
Ray worked hard at providing the entertainment by doing an interpretive dance.
I yelled down below to see how things were going.....it looks like Ray and Diana could hear me just fine.
I was begging for more paint and Ray took a picture.
Isn't this hilarious? It's hilarious.
Christian was doing just fine painting on the other side of the room.....
.....until I came by and took more paint.
I only took half a gallon.
Now I'm happy.
Someone was in the path of Julie T. while she was aggressively attacking the wall for a second round.
Katy joins Julie T. in the attack!
Diana takes over Rays job on the entertainment and starts to Salsa dance.
Laura from COTN gives up a thumbs up as we continue to paint.
Ray and I probably get too excited about paint.
Katy takes her 15.
We were hoping the color of the wall would look like my shoe laces.....
.....but not so much.
Yummers.
Christian took over on taking the high ground while I continued to lick paint.
Ray takes over as well...this can't be good.
ROUND 3!!!!!
Ray and Christian go at it.
Ray can't help but wonder what a world outside of the conference room is like.
No piece of glass can separate me and Ray.
Laura and Ray think it's about time to clean up now.....
.....BECAUSE THE PAINTING IS FINISHED!!!!!
We had a little bit of paint left over.
I was excited.
It was nice to visit Diana and Julie C. at the observation area.
Laura and Christian pick up my mess.
Diana was frightened of the vacuum.
So long paint chips!
Me and the wad of blue painters tape go way back.
Christian and Ray brought in the meeting table and called it a day.
Small group shot.
Large group shot.
Ray and I test out the conference room table properly before leaving.
I may look calm from time to time.....
.....but I'll attack you like Julie T. does to an unpainted wall!
Brian shot.
Ray shot.
Laura shot.
Julie C. shot.
Diana shot.
Julie T. shot.
Sad Christian shot.
Happy Christian shot.
Katy shot.
Christian and Ray take one last whiff of the paint fumes.
I suggested we should head out!
So we all headed out in the most dramatic way possible.
But before we left the parking lot Ray was curious to know if this was THE "Gary." We never did find out...so we will never know.
Fin.
